Overview

 

The 2014 STEM Ecology Forum is being held in conjunction with USM's Department of Environmental Science and the College of Science, Technology and Health.

 

The Forum offers a unique opportunity for Maine's K-12 teachers and students to showcase their approaches to identifying and addressing challenges to Maine’s environment.

 

Representatives from colleges and non-profits will share their knowledge and expertise with the presenters, offering feedback and encouragement, and identifying new opportunities for research and collaboration.

• Presentations and poster sessions describing innovative K-12 environmental projects

• Dialogue and networking between educators, students and experts in the field

• Light breakfast and lunch provided
